Common questions
How long does a visit take?
Most repairs are finished in the same visit, within one to two hours. If a part is not on the van we order it and return at a time we agree with you.
Do you take the machine away?
Rarely. More than nine out of ten faults are repaired in place, in your home.
It is still under the agent's warranty — should I call you?
No. If it is still under the manufacturer's warranty, call them first — our repair could void it. Come to us once that warranty has ended.
When is replacing better than repairing?
When the machine is past about ten years old and the fault is in the drum or the motor. We will tell you plainly rather than sell you a repair that will not last.
