Common questions
My AC needs gas every year — is that normal?
No. It is a sealed circuit; refrigerant is not consumed. If it is low there is a leak, and anyone refilling it yearly without finding that leak is selling you the same problem again.
Do you do cleaning only?
Yes. Pressure cleaning of both the indoor and outdoor units is a service on its own — nothing has to be broken.
Do you remove and refit units when I move?
Yes — split and window, with the refrigerant properly pumped down before removal so none is lost.
Does the guarantee cover a gas refill?
The guarantee covers the repair we carried out. A refill on its own, without fixing a leak, cannot be guaranteed — which is exactly why we insist on finding the leak first.
