What does a visit cost?
The call-out and inspection fee is quoted when you call, before we come, and it comes off the repair price if you go ahead. The repair price itself cannot be set before seeing the machine — anyone giving you a final figure over the phone is guessing.
What happens if the fault comes back after the repair?
Call us. If the complaint falls inside the guarantee month, we are with you within 5 to 10 hours to check the machine, usually the same day. And if it is the same fault we repaired, we put it right again at no cost: no call-out fee, no parts charge.
How many years have you been doing this?
