The work we take on
Nawf Saud Al-Otaibi Trading Est. for Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is registered in Riyadh and based in the Al Hamra district. We specialise in four machines: automatic washing machines, air conditioners, clothes dryers, and refrigerators and freezers. When someone asks us to look at an oven or a dishwasher, we decline and point them elsewhere — because a technician who fixes everything masters nothing.
Why dryers in particular
Dryers are far less common in Riyadh homes than washing machines, so few technicians really know one. We work on them daily, and our strongest speciality is the American models — Whirlpool, Maytag, Admiral and GE — because their design and their spare parts are nothing like the Asian models sold here.
How we work
We diagnose in front of you, give the price before starting, and wait for your agreement. If the age of the machine does not justify the cost of the repair, we say so plainly even when it costs us the job — because a customer we advised honestly comes back, and a customer we sold a repair that did not last does not.
The guarantee
Every repair is guaranteed for a full month from the date of the visit, covering the fault we repaired and the part we fitted. The invoice we issue is your proof of that guarantee, so keep it.
