Every repair we carry out is guaranteed for one month from the day of the visit. If the same fault returns within that month, call us and we are with you within 5 to 10 hours to check the machine — then fix it at no further cost, no call-out fee and no parts charge.
The guarantee covers the fault we repaired and the part we fitted. It does not cover a new fault elsewhere in the machine, misuse, or damage caused by power or water supply.
