Common questions
What people ask before they call
What does a visit cost?
The call-out and inspection fee is quoted when you call, before we come, and it comes off the repair price if you go ahead. The repair price itself cannot be set before seeing the machine — anyone giving you a final figure over the phone is guessing.
Are you really open 24 hours?
We answer the phone and WhatsApp at any hour. Night visits are available for urgent cases — a dead fridge, or an AC in peak summer.
What exactly does the month cover?
The fault we repaired and the part we fitted, for one month from the visit. It does not cover a new fault elsewhere in the machine, misuse, or damage from the power or water supply.
Do you use genuine parts?
We use the original part when it is available. When it is not — or when its price makes no sense against the age of the machine — we offer a good alternative and explain the difference before fitting it. We never fit a part without telling you what it is.
Which parts of Riyadh do you cover?
All of it. We are based in Al Hamra in the east, so nearby districts get a faster slot, but we reach every district in the city.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, itemised with the work done and any parts replaced. Keep it — it is your proof of guarantee.
